We're a small studio, and support is not a department — it's us. Write to support@hyperionsolutions.org about any of our apps and we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of days.

Before you write

A few things that make helping you faster:

• Tell us which app you're using and on what device.
• For a bug, describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a lot.
• For a lost-purchase issue, use the app store's own restore option first — purchases are handled by Apple and Google, and restoring from the store fixes most cases.
