Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible.
Usually nothing.

Effective September 5, 2026

This policy covers apps and websites published by Hyperion Solutions LLC ("we"). The honest summary: our apps are built offline-first, we don't run ads, and we don't sell or share personal data with anyone. Ever.

RummyScore

RummyScore works entirely on your device. There is no account, and your scores, games, settings and progress are stored locally on your phone or tablet. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of it, and no advertising or usage-tracking SDKs run inside the app.

One exception: if the app crashes, a crash report is sent to Sentry (sentry.io), our error-reporting service, so we can find and fix the bug. A crash report contains technical data only — the error and stack trace, device model, operating system version, app version, and a random per-install identifier. It never includes your name, your players, your scores, or anything you typed. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Optional purchases (such as RummyScore Pro) are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. We receive aggregate sales reports from the stores, not your identity or payment details. To validate and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes a random app-generated identifier (not your name or email), the store purchase receipt, and basic device information — solely to deliver what you bought.

Sudoku — Focus Logic Journey

Sudoku collects no personal data of any kind. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no crash reporting. The app makes no network requests during play — puzzles are generated on your device, and everything the app saves (your puzzles in progress, statistics, streaks, settings, and display name) is stored only in the app's local storage on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Deleting your data

Because all data lives on your device, you delete it yourself, instantly and completely:

  • Android: Settings → Apps → Sudoku → Storage → Clear data (or simply uninstall the app).
  • What is deleted: all saved games, statistics, streaks, achievements, settings, and your display name. Everything.
  • What we retain afterwards: nothing — we never had a copy.

Questions: support@hyperionsolutions.org

Genoly

Genoly is a family-tree service and needs an account to work. It stores the information you and your family choose to add — people, events, photos, messages — in order to show it to the family members you invite. Your family's data is private by default, is never used for advertising, and can be exported in full (GEDCOM) at any time. Genoly's complete policy lives at genoly.org.

This website

hyperionsolutions.org is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you, and nothing more comes of it.

Children

Our apps are made for families and are safe to hand to a child: no ads and no external links inside gameplay. Our apps collect no personal information from anyone, including children; the only data RummyScore ever sends is the anonymous crash report described above, which contains nothing about the person using the app.

Delete my data

What you can delete depends on the app, because our apps store different things.

RummyScore — Your players, games, and scores live only on your device; uninstalling the app deletes all of them, and we never had a copy. The one record that exists off-device is the anonymous purchase-validation record for the optional RummyScore Pro unlock (a random app-generated identifier, the Google Play receipt, and basic device info, held by our purchase processor RevenueCat). To have it deleted, email support@hyperionsolutions.org with the subject "Delete my data" — no proof of purchase needed. We'll delete the record within 30 days and confirm. The same request covers crash reports; note they expire on their own within 90 days and contain no identity to begin with. Google Play keeps its own record of your order under Google's policies, and after deletion, automatic purchase restore may no longer work.

Sudoku — Everything is stored on your device and nothing is collected, so there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the app removes all of your data.

Genoly — Genoly is an account-based service; you can delete your data and account from within Genoly itself, and its own policy at genoly.org covers the details.

For anything unclear, email support@hyperionsolutions.org and we'll sort it out.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and we'll only ever change it in ways consistent with the promises on this page. Questions to support@hyperionsolutions.org.
